2. Description of Service

Logoso is an AI-powered logo generation service available on iOS, Android, and web. Users can generate logos using purchased credit packs.

3. Credits and Purchases

• Logo credits are sold as one-time consumable purchases.
• Each credit pack grants a fixed number of logo generation attempts.
• Credits expire 30 days after purchase and are non-transferable.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the logos generated using your credits. By using the App, you grant Logoso a limited license to process your inputs solely for the purpose of generating your logos.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use Logoso to generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes on third-party intellectual property. Automated or bulk use of the service without prior written consent is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Logoso is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
