The application is designed with privacy in mind:

• No account registration is required
• No personal data is collected for identification
• Generated content is primarily stored locally on the user's device
• Some features (such as AI-powered logo generation) require an internet connection and secure server-side processing

2. Information We Collect

2.1 User-Provided Content

When you use Logoso, the app may process:

• Text prompts you enter
• Selected logo styles
• Generated logo images
• App preferences and settings

This data is stored locally on your device and used only to provide core app functionality.

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

Logoso does not automatically collect:

• Names, email addresses, or phone numbers
• Advertising identifiers
• Location data
• Device tracking data
• Analytics or behavioral usage data

3. AI Logo Generation & Server Processing

3.1 AI Requests

To generate logos using AI, Logoso uses a secure server-side architecture:

• AI requests are routed through Supabase Edge Functions
• The AI provider's API key is stored securely on the server
• API keys are never stored on the user's device
• Users do not need to provide or manage API keys

Only the minimum necessary data (such as the text prompt and selected style) is sent securely to the server for processing.

3.2 Data Handling During AI Processing

• Requests are processed transiently
• Prompt data is used only to generate the requested logo
• We do not store prompts or generated images on our servers unless explicitly required for functionality
• Generated results are returned directly to the user's device

4. Data Storage

4.1 Local Device Storage

Logoso stores the following data locally on your device:

• Generated logos
• Prompt history
• App settings

Local storage technologies include AsyncStorage and secure platform storage where applicable.

4.2 Server Storage

Logoso does not maintain user profiles or persistent personal data on servers. Any server-side processing is limited to secure AI request handling and temporary request processing.

5. Third-Party Services

Logoso may rely on the following third-party services solely to provide core functionality:

• AI image generation services
• Supabase Edge Functions (serverless infrastructure)

These services process data according to their own privacy and security standards. Logoso does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data, share personal data with advertisers, or use data for marketing or profiling.

Data is shared only when necessary to fulfill an AI generation request and only with trusted infrastructure providers.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

• Local data can be deleted by the user at any time by clearing app data or uninstalling the app
• Server-side data is not retained beyond what is required for processing requests

8. Children's Privacy

Logoso does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. The app does not contain content intended for children, and parental supervision is recommended where appropriate.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, KVKK, etc.), you may have rights regarding your data. Since Logoso does not store personal data centrally, users can exercise these rights by managing data directly on their device.
