One-Time Purchases
All credit pack purchases are final and non-refundable once any credits from the pack have been used. If you purchased a pack but have not used any credits, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
Unused Credits
Credits that expire after the 30-day validity period are not eligible for refund or extension.
Technical Issues
If a generation attempt fails due to a technical error on our end and credits are deducted, we will restore the affected credits upon verification. Please contact us at info@osuke.dev with details.
Mobile Purchases
Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are subject to Apple's and Google's respective refund policies. Please contact Apple or Google directly for refunds on mobile purchases.
